Could you introduce yourself in a few lines so that our community can get to know you better? How would you define your style/universe?

My name is Justeen, I'm 25. I'm currently working in the ready-to-wear industry, but I'd like to move into communications and web design. I've been working on instagramMy world is very much my own, something simple and unpretentious. I take photos of what I like, what gives me pleasure... Because it's above all a passion!

 

When was your blog created?

I created my blog in September 2016!

 

What triggered you and why did you get involved in the blogging adventure and the world of blogging? social networks ?

It's not a question to be taken lightly, blogging takes time and requires imagination and creativity to stand out from the crowd. I wanted to share more with my subscribers, to be able to talk about subjects that are close to my heart, but elsewhere than on instagram. I remain much more active on instagram because it's more spontaneous, but I'd like to share more on the blog, and I admire all those who publish several articles a week...

 

 How much time do you spend on your articles or videos? youtube ? Production, editing...? Do you have any organizational tips for other bloggers and others? youtubers ?

Honestly, the time it takes to take the photos, be satisfied with them (because yes, I'm quite a perfectionist at that level haha), write the article and edit it... It takes me several hours, if not a whole afternoon. In terms of organization, I don't have much advice because I'm not very organized, but the main thing is to enjoy preparing the articles.

 

 Which community are you targeting?

I target a fairly broad community, and that's what I like about it, because it makes sharing all the more interesting.

 

Where do you find most of your inspiration? And which social networks do you use most?

Pinterest ! The biggest inspiration in my eyes, you can find everything. On the street, everywhere... Instagram has helped me develop my creativity and allows me to constantly think of ideas for photos, and to find the beautiful in all everyday things. I use instagram the most, otherwise I like it a lot Twitter to express themselves.

 

 How do youHow do you manage your time, between your family, your work, your social networks and your blog?

I work 25 hours a week with one day off, so I usually set my goals to give myself some time for the blog. But I don't spend all my time on it either, I prefer to enjoy it.

 

Did one collaboration/partnership stand out for you more than others? And if so, which one?

Yes! To tell you the truth, I really enjoy working with small people. designers. But my two favorites were Maison Gaja and Sukhi, for their values and ethics towards the environment and respect for artisans.

 

What would you like to undertake or develop next?

I'd like to share more, even though instagram has changed a lot. When I arrived 5 years ago, it was all about sharing, now there's an abuse of partnerships, algorithms and all the similar accounts... Sometimes I'm very motivated, sometimes I feel like giving up on everything, but passion is stronger. 🙂

 

Do you make your own visuals and photos?

 And if so, what equipment do you use? Yes, I do everything myself, with my iPhone 6. I've tried a few times to share with my Canon 450D, but for me instagram is instant!

 

 What advice would you give to others influencers of the community? And what would you say is your main secret to success? 

Above all, be yourself! You don't have to look like every other account, because that's boring and you'll be the first to get fed up. And above all, it shows in your photos.

 

What does being a blogger mean to you on a daily basis?

It allows me to discover a lot of things, to get interested in things I wouldn't have thought of myself.
