My name is Jeanne, I'm 23 and I live in Angers in the Pays de la Loire region. I'm passionate about sport, particularly fitness, which I've been practicing for 3 years now.
I also love content creation, photography and social networking.
When did you start your social networking activity as a sports and fitness influencer?

What community and audience are you targeting?
The community focused on sport, fitness, nutrition, wellness, sportswear 
 
What triggered you and why did you embark on your social networking adventure?
I've always been passionate about photography. I have a very artistic side that I wanted to showcase on Instagram through my sports and fitness posts (feed, colors etc).

I started out in fitness, focusing my content solely on my passion and as time went on I saw that my content interested a lot of people. I now inspire hundreds of people through my Instagram account, which sends back motivation and positivity.

How much time do you spend on your posts and/or sports and fitness videos? Creating, directing, editing...?
Do you produce your own visuals and photos? And if so, what equipment do you use?

I spend a lot of time on my content. About 1h of my time is spent editing a photo, and about 1h30 creating a video montage (live, post).

I do my visuals myself. I use my iPhone XS or iPhone 12 pro and retouching software such as Lightroom, Tezza, Facetune for imperfections and VSCO.

How do you manage your time, between your family, your work and your social networks? Do you have a job or other activity besides your work as a sports and fitness influencer?
I'm employed as a gym manager working 35 hours from Monday to Friday. I try to find the best organization to be able to make content, work on my photos, have ideas, make quality content (post or stories). I manage to balance my personal life, my work and Instagram thanks to my organization.
Where do you find most of your inspiration? And which social networks do you use most?
On Instagram where Pinterest. I use Instagram and Tiktok a lot.

What was your strategy for developing your Instagram sports and fitness community?
Have a harmonious feed with colors that work well together, make quality content (iPhone 12 or camera), interact with my community, be as available as possible to answer their questions, contribute my knowledge on each of my posts, and above all be assiduous (posts and stories).
Would you have any organizational tips for other sports and fitness influencers? What are your 3 tips for someone just starting out on Instagram?
⁃ prepare your posts in advance
- have another account to preview posts 
⁃ have a harmonious and attractive feed
⁃ make quality content (quality material)
⁃ bring something extra to its community (proximity with its subscribers).
What do you think makes a successful sports and fitness collaboration proposal?
A brand that sends the product and rewards the influencer with financial compensation, because making content takes a lot of time and work.
