My name is Daniel, I'm 36 years old and I'm life now for 1 year at Los Angeles with my wife and 2 children.
I'm a coach sports fitness model and competitor in men's Physics.
I help people to improve their physical condition, lose weight or get fit. remustered.
Specialized in transformations, I help them a feel better in their bodies and better in their minds.

What triggered you off and why did you embark on the social networking adventure in the first place? instagram ?

First of all, to share my passion for sport and bodybuilding with other bodybuilders. Then, in my field, many opportunities arise on the Internet. Instagram like finding sponsors or photo and video fitness projects.

How much time do you spend on your articles or videos? Production, assembly...? Do you have any organizational tips for others? influencers ?

It doesn't cost much, but it's a time-consuming activity.
For video editing, the time between shooting and editing can be several weeks. photo cIt's a matter of hours.
I also have my little guy who is 1 year old and for a job that can take 30 min. becomes several hours, as it too requires a great deal of attention. Especially, when I look at the social networks.
A word of advice: Prepared positions in advance. Keep several Photos / themes with the prepared text and # in draft form.
For those times, when you really don't have a minute on still has to content ready to share.

Where do you find most of your inspiration? And which social networks do you use the most?

I find inspiration in my daily life, sometimes in the people I work with. work looking for a go to surpassed, sometimes by others influencersor sometimes at my children's.
I'm mainly on instagram facebook is more private than professional and I try to develop my business on youtube.

How do you manage your time, between family, work and social networks? Do you have a profession or activity other than your work as ainfluencer ?

It's a big organizational job, and you have to set priorities in advance.
I am a sports coach in a gym, and independent.
I also do a lot of video projects, short and feature films, video clips or photo projects that can stretch over several days. So I have a very precise schedule to keep.

Do you make your own visuals and photos? And if so, what equipment do you use?

All my content is created with or by me. Everything that is fitness modeling photoshooting I share the task with professional photographers around the world as I'm in front and not behind the camera.
For demo videos by example jI use either my iPhone or my DJI Osmo+ a camera with 3-axis stabilizers that allows smooth, shake-free video.

What advice would you give to others influencers of the community?

Do it for the passion of sharing.
A lot of the people I meet do it more out of interest than passion, and the content suffers as a result.

What would you like to undertake or develop next in your life as ainfluencer ?

Several objectives that are closely or remotely related to the life ofinfluencer.

As a future professional athlete, I am also working on a training project in Live Stream on a specialized platform.
