Could you introduce yourself in a few lines so that our community can get to know you better? How would you define your style/universe as a travel influencer?
We are Julie & Nico! Together for 6 years now and passionate about travel, we travel and photograph the world to discover new landscapes, new cultures and new horizons.
When did you start your social networking activity as a travel influencer?

What triggered you and why did you embark on your social networking adventure with instagram?
At the time Instagram had just come out, not everyone had it but it was cool to have a social network focused on photography rather than written posts from people we didn't really care about... We have always traveled so we published our travel photos every time. Little by little a community was created and we received a lot of questions, requests for advice or tips from our trips. At the same time we were a little frustrated to publish our photos only on Instagram so in a somewhat ephemeral way. That's when we decided to create Prépare ta Valise, our travel blog which would be used to give all our advice, tips, recommendations concerning the trips, activities that we do.
How much time do you spend on your articles or videos? Production, editing...? Do you have any organizational tips for others? influencers ?
For an article it really depends on the context, the destination etc… But we will say between 7am and 5pm maximum. Then we spend a lot of time retouching all our photos so we can easily add between 4h and 20h.
What a community and audience are you targeting?
Everyone who loves to travel!
Where do you find most of your inspiration? And which social networks do you use most?
We mainly use Instagram. Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Linkedin are mainly used to relay our content.
How do you manage your time, between your family, your work and your social networks? Do you have a job or other activity besides your work as a travel influencer?
Nico has a Communication agency and soon another in Real Estate, it takes up a lot of his time with all his projects… As for me, I am an accountant! It is not always easy to manage our time between our jobs, our friends and families but we are doing pretty well! Luckily there are two of us.
Do you produce your own visuals and photos? And if so, what equipment do you use?
Yes everything is done by ourselves! We have a Nikon D500, the Gopro Hero 8 Black and a Dji Mavic Pro 2.
What advice would you give to other influencers in the community?
Above all, be passionate about what you do.
What would you like to undertake or develop next in your life as a travel influencer?
We are currently implementing a number of projects that will interest many people in the coming months, watch this space...
