The ValueYourNetwork Refer a Friend program allows ValueYourNetwork users to earn credits by referring friends to ValueYourNetwork.
To participate, users must accept these conditions, which become an integral part of the Terms and conditions of use of ValueYourNetwork. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same definition as given in the Terms of Service.
How to earn referral credits.
ValueYourNetwork Users can earn referral credits if (i) a referred friend clicks on the referral link to create a ValueYourNetwork account that complies with the Terms of Use, and (ii) the referred friend publishes a first Validated Campaign.
The referrer, a ValueYourNetwork User, will be credited with their referral credit as described in the Application or promotional materials. Users can earn up to 100 euros of referral credit per account.
Campaign Validated.
A Validated Campaign is a campaign that has been posted by the Sponsored User from the ValueYourNetwork platform and which has generated at least one validated click or Reaction and which complies with the ValueYourNetwork General Conditions of Use.
Use of Referral Credit.
Referral Credit will automatically appear on the Payment page of the Application and must be requested within one year of the credit issue date. After one year, Referral Credit will expire. It can only be paid as part of a payment for the results of one or more Campaigns. Its amount does not count towards the minimum payment threshold.
Share your referral link.
Referral links should only be used for personal, non-profit purposes, and shared only with people known to the referrer who appreciate receiving these invitations. Referral links should not be published or shared on websites or communication platforms where the majority of recipients are not likely to be people known to the referrer (such as couponing sites, Wikipedia, etc.).
Sponsored persons.
Referred individuals who signed up using a valid referral link will also receive Referral Credit. The Referral Credit for the referred individual is €1, but may vary in some cases if the referred individual signed up as part of a special promotion. In this case, additional terms and conditions will be detailed in the promotion's supporting documents.
Multiple sponsorships.
A Referred Person may only use one Referral Link. If a Referred Person receives Referral Links from multiple ValueYourNetwork Users, only the User corresponding to the Referral Link used by the Referred Person will receive the Referral Credit.
Termination and Amendments.
ValueYourNetwork may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a User's ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
The Company reserves the right to suspend User accounts or withdraw Referral Credits if it identifies suspected abusive or fraudulent activity, for both the referrer and the referred person. It reserves the right to review and analyze all referral activity and to suspend accounts, cancel or modify referrals if it deems it fair and appropriate.
Miscellaneous provisions.
The Referral Program Terms of Use may be modified at any time by the Company without prior notice. In such case, the Company will notify Users by posting the new Referral Program Terms of Use on the Application. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification. If the modified terms are not accepted, the User may cease to participate in the Referral Program.
If one or more of the provisions of the Sponsorship Terms of Use is declared invalid, the others will retain their full effectiveness and scope.
